We are a UK based company, with myself (Lauren) as Director.
Once your order is placed with us you should receive a payment confirmation email and an order confirmation email from us. Please allow up to 24 hours for the order confirmation email to reach you, but please also check the junk folder as they often go to junk (annoying right?!).
Should you have any queries you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Form. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Our current response time is around 1-2 working days and we do ask that orders are only chased should the estimated delivery time frame. This is currently 5-7 working days on normal orders and 4-6 weeks on pre order orders, please check the product description to see if they are pre order only.
Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations after 48 hours on a normal order. This is due to the likelihood of your parcel having already been sent out. On our pre order items, we do not accept cancellations after 1 week of placing your order. This is due to many of our items being ordered with our supplier, and at this point they already would of been ordered and it can prove difficult to re sell your items to anybody else.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of dispatch in its original, saleable condition with a note stating the reason for sending it back – including your name and order number.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less the delivery charge.
Online orders from Be Belle Boutique UK can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase made. Sale items cannot not be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days.
Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.
Here at Be Belle Boutique we are happy to be able to provide our customers with a payment plan available on all orders over £50. All you have to do is click this option at the checkout and follow the on screen instructions. Once fully paid the items will be sent out using your desired delivery method. Please note that customers who choose the Payment Plan will NOT receive their order until payment is made in full. Any questions please do not hesitate to email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin processing in 3-5 working days after reciept and will notify you if your refund is rejected. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / Paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, where we can arrange an exchange.
All items are sent out via MyHermes tracked service. If for any reason your item is lost, please contact us. In the unlikely event that your item shows as delivered but you have not recieved it you will need to contact MyHermes direct to track your parcel.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Briary Close, Margate, Kent Ct9 5HX, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
